Wrong airport, 30 min warning of cancelled flight (Cancelled 2 weeks prior) Aaand No money back from covid
Absolutely avoid, Apart from the obvious of not giving money back due to covid. We Rescheduled for later in the year; at an additional £160 pp. Details of the flight were for the wrong London airport! if you can believe that, and we were told 2nd time around that it was cancelled 30 mins before take-off. Luckily we had already spoken to emirates 2 weeks prior and they had told us they didn't fly to our destination from that airport -and never have. Also that the flight had been cancelled. We have to wait until January to get our money back, which will be a year from purchase. Also im sorry but the customer service is shocking, despite being overly reasonable with them, I'd be surprised if the reviews on this site are legitimate. There's a real bounce between 5 star and 1 star reviews
