TELLING ME TO GO TO MY BANK TO CLAIM IT BACK, MY PAYMENT BY CARD WAS VERIFIED BY 3D VERIFICATION I EVEN OFFERED TO SEND ID AND COPY OF BANK STATEMENT BUT THEY NOT INTERESTED.
