I attempted to book a LHR to BKK flight online but my internet crashed and I was unable to complete the booking. However, the next morning I was phoned by Jitty Varghese who offered her services and said the prices from the previous day would still be honoured. The ticket was by far the cheapest l had seen far, so I agreed to go ahead. I was unable to complete the online comfirmation form, and instead she poliitely asked me to complete a bank transfer. I went to my bank only to find that they were closed due to the extended Christmas holidays, so l returned home frustrated and phoned her immediately. Unpreturbed, Jitty took my card details over the phone, and asked if she could call me back within ten minutes or so. This she duly did, and I was told that clearance had been given, and as such I would receive my e-ticket within the next 24 hours by email . Brilliant! To be fair Jitty was so very helpful, curteous, and totally professional throughout the entire transaction, l felt totaly at ease. So much so, I will definitely book my next flight with them later in the year. Thank you so much.
