The airline cancelled my flight but I was lucky enough to speak to Richard Neeson telephonically, who went above and beyond to ensure that I managed to find another flight that suited my itinerary (not easy as I could only fly within very specific dates/times due to work and another domestic flight connection). His friendly, kind and professional manner made me feel so reassured in what was an extremely frustrating and stressful situation and he did indeed sort everything out! I cannot recommend the company or Richard Neeson more highly and will definitely be using his services again. Five star service all the way!
