Called them to book a flight and Jitty was lovely and helped me to book, and then after I paid for my flight, called me again saying the price was increased and I could either get a refund or pay extra to keep the flight the same. I asked to have a refund and then was told I'd have to pay a £100 fee to cancel, even though it wasn't my fault for getting the booking wrong. Decided to keep the original flight despite the price increase. Jitty was lovely and understanding throughout, but my issue is with the efficiency and company policies :(
