It was also nice to speak to someone who gave their real (or credible) name! I see PH Travel is based in the UK however I think they use an Indian call centre for customer services. Its insulting our (PH Travel Customers) intelligence to expect us to believe guys with Thick Indian accents are really called "James McGregor" or "Richard Davis" It means the guy who is Just about to take your money is Lying about who he really is. It's not a good start to a financial transaction is it? I think this must be a company directive because the chances of calling into a business and speaking in my case to two men with strong Indian accents and both of them having "English" names are virtually Nil. Please be Straight with your customers we really don't care if your name is Hitesh or Anil but we sure know is not what you're telling us.
