The customer care person, Peter Brown, is very friendly, professional and polite. He made me feel at ease and I felt that I can trust him.and the company. He helped communicate with airline to cancel my ticket that I booked by mistake and process a refund. I hope to receive the money back in a couple of days.
Peter has excellent customer care skills and is full of good manners. I thank him for givibg me advise and support that I needed.
