First person I spoke to was rude and nasty (Ashok) but the people I spoke to Alister and especially Kifayat Khaif were helpful and was able to explain all the details of the date changes. Kifayat Khaif was very nice and friendly, unlike Ashok, he spoke in a calm manner and got back to me personally with updates and did not stop untill I was happy with the tickets. Thanks to Kifayat I was able to get tickets in an emergency, I know if it was left to Ashok it would never have happened.
