Absolutely useless staff members. Would not even give 1 star. Promised refund in 6-8 weeks. After many phone calls and emails and now it’s been 4 months. When contacting agency on chat, customer service member is unprofessional, rude. Please avoid like a plague. THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR FULL REFUND IS BY CONTACTING YOUR BANK!
