Utterly awful service. Evasive, misleading, exasperating. I am formally complaining to ABTA. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. GO DIRECT TO THE AIRLINES. I cancelled flights and they agreed to a refund amount, in writing, that would be paid within 6 weeks. 6 months later, i still do not have it, and have had multiple promises, assurances and personal commitments to resolve it, and multiple deadlines. At no point has anyone there *ever* even tried to actively manage the situation - they just react to my complaints with fresh bluff and bluster.
