Prior to placing my order, I was told the service requested would start within 25 minutes. Once I placed my order, I was told by the agent servicing my order that it would not be started within 25 minutes. If I wanted it to be completed in that time, I would need an express order at an additional charge. Deceptive practices, bait and switch tactics. Buyer Beware.
