The camera will not connect to the app. Tech support will not answer the phone. When you call tech support you get put on hold for a nice long wait and then the system tells you all support people are busy helping others and you should send an email. When you send an email you get an auto reply saying they received your request but then you do not get any other reply. In addition, when I ordered the cameras, I was charged a shipping and handling fee that was not mentioned before final bill and not explained in the final bill. The end result is I have 4 cameras that do nothing. So now I need to go through the trouble of returning the cameras and requesting a refund. Given how unresponsibe Camtrix has been up to this point, I suspect I will need to dispute the charges with the help of my credit card company. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CAMTRIX! There are many other cameras out there.
