I was very skeptical of this at first. Now I'm a believer. I have what I refer to as "monday phobia". On sunday nights, I rarely get good sleep, anticipating the workweek starting monday morning. A few years ago, a friend gave me a bottle of "nice dreams". I tried it. Not only did I sleep like a baby, but when I wake up Monday morning I feel GREAT. Tons of energy and ready to take on the day. Like I said, I'm skeptical of claims made by all these different products, but for me, this one WORKS! Previously, i'd usually have several drinks on Sunday night to help sleep, but this has totally alleviated the need for them. Cant recommend this product enough!
