I have really bad arthritic knees to the point that during the night the pain would wake me up and I never got a good nights sleep. So even though I thought nothing would help I tried Tommy’s nice dreams. I can’t believe how good it works. I take it about 30 minutes to 45 minutes before I’m planning on going to bed. I fall right to sleep and wake up refreshed at 7am! I’m not wanting to usually write a review, but this stuff is awesome I am telling all my friends!
