Jason has brought so much value to our team already, and has been a pleasure to work with. The training sessions were really interactive and so much fun - and everyone learned more than they realised at the time! We have just started our continuous improvement journey and it is early days, but already we are seeing a change in how we approach our work and our business. Jason is now providing support as we take our first steps and has been a great coach and mentor to us. We will be asking him back in a few months to bring new starters along the journey too.
