I have debated for several years to try microdosing. I’m glad I have finally given it a chance. I have suffered with anxiety and depression for many years. I have been on many antidepressants and a benzodiazepine. My mood lately has been flat. I can happily say my mood has been elevated in the last couple weeks and I have not needed my benzo.
