It overall made me a bit more relax with my first capsule. Made me feel a bit nauseous for the first hour but then eventually passed. I made the mistake of taking two capsules at the same time on my fourth day and I was extremely nauseous and felt like I was going to get sick and felt absolutely horrible for about an hour and a half but then it passed and I was fine so definitely don’t overdo it but overall it’s not bad
