My daughter has struggled with mental health issues all though her young adolescents, she would hardly leave her room or do family activities with us. It’s was difficult seeing her struggle with depression and anxiety. She didn’t want to take pharmaceutical medication. Now that she’s older we thought we’d try mushrooms, and like magic she has her smile back and she actually wants to engage in family activities. I am so thankful we have mushrooms a go.
