I highly recommend golden teachers mushrooms for anyone new to mushrooms, it’s a beautiful positive giggly experience that will (to me) ease social anxiety and PURE OCD (thoughts) symptoms as well as helped me come off of my adhd medication as I focus better when I microdose these, it puts me in such a euphoric state of mind nothing can bother me.
