Everything was great until the very end. Received notification that the order had shipped but never received notification that the order was delivered. Could have been disastrous as this was a gift and the recipients were out of town. Fortunately their house sitter found the order before it was spoiled. Very disappointing, makes me dubious about ever using this service again.
