Mixed Opinion - Results I purchased software. I would have rated the service 5 Star for this part. The transaction was easy to complete and I received what was expected. The step by step instructions provided for the installation and proper working of the software was probably the best I have ever seen / been provided. It was very, very good. Not exceptional only because there were a couple of minor / small points missing that were easily recognizable. For subsequent service I would rate this company 1 Star. I had one question about the functionality of the software. I submitted that via CONTACT US. The first reply I received addressed a "resolution" not remotely close to the issue / problem I had asked about. When I responded and asked a follow up query and requested clarification, what happened? I never received any response whatsoever.
