While GetRenewedTech may have a very good commercial offer, its approach to customer relations is very poor. I emailed to cancel my order for Office 21 Professional Plus within 20 minutes of placing the order, having realised I already had access to Office 365. After prompting emails one week, and then 4 weeks, later I have still not seen my payment refunded. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company as being a reliable supplier. Steer clear!
