I’m very disappointed with the service from get renewed tech
I ordered the Microsoft download but had trouble installing it so a Mathew kerschel from your office said he would download it remotely. Although he tried and at that time I hadn’t left the remote access open I did leave many messages that I was leaving it open and got zero response. Also your chat line was replying
