I ordered Microsoft software on disc from them over 4 weeks ago, and have still not received it. I was told in the chat room upon ordering this that normal delivery is around 4 days. After a week I emailed them saying I haven't received my order and was told they are resending my order. After 2 weeks I emailed again and was told they would check with the British mail. After 3 weeks without a delivery, I sent 2 separate emails and did not get any response. I really would like to get the product I ordered but have little faith in that happening. I have already contacted my credit card company about contesting this charge.
