We have recently purchased Window Office Plus from Renew Tech online and paid through Amazon Pay in July 2022. Not only did we not receive Product-Key as promised but all the emails we sent to Renew Tech were bounced back. We contacted Amazon Pay and Amazon Pay stated that the transaction was between the customer and the third party, Amazon Pay has no responsibility for this transaction even though the third party (Renew Pay) is listed and approved by Amazon Pay. My advice is NOT to purchase from Renew Tech and NOT to use Amazon Pay. Zero stars for Renew Teck and Amazon Pay
