Terrible experience. the Product Key did not work. No contact details for customer service - no email or contact form. Tried the chat bot. Was told I had the wrong key. Gave me a new key that I tired which I could see on my MS account. Checked again a day later to install office and it is gone!!
Now chat bot closes once I put my email in. No way of getting any support. Will be asking for my money back from the credit card company and letting Microsoft know this is THIS IS A SCAM.
This is a scam. Don't fall for it.
