I found it hard to believe that this product could be so cheap. This company is so deceiving with their reviews popping in at the bottom of the site. I ordered online Office and received a few emails. I am computer savvy, but I could not get it to load. They have no phone customer service, only ChatBot and when I clicked on that - it says it is "closed". I was able to type in the chat after several attempts to find an "Open" time, which never happened. I typed I WANT A REFUND!!!!! - it took 3 weeks before I got a reply via email (ended up in my Junk, but I found it. They say I've been refunded. I checked my Paypal account & my credit card account and NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED. This company is a scammer!!!
