STEPR is amazing so far! I was contemplating a Matrix c50. When I inquired with a local retailer they told me their unit was broken. That was bad news from the start. All in their unit was over 6 grand delivered. Then I found STEPR. Let me assure anyone on the fence…you will love this machine. It’s sleek, compact, has a great UI and there is nothing else out there like it. The build quality is amazing. The customer service thus far has been exceptional. They kept me updated throughout the shipping process and helped me procure a 5 year comprehensive warranty. This unit is worth it!!
