Dreadful experience. Lost my order, so they asked if I would like a full refund, which I requested. I then placed a similar order with another supplier, Sweet Trees, which I received two days later. In the meantime, I was notified that miraculously, they had found my order and as such would not provide a refund as it had been sent out via Royal Mail. This was over six days ago. So, I am without an order that I had cancelled as well as being over £115 out of pocket. I'm just glad that I had placed a similar order with Sweet Trees which I received well before Christmas. I shall be taking this matter further as I just keep getting fobbed off with one lie after another, for something that was their mistake. Avoid.
