The worst place to buy from! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I purchased a baby’s first passport and gift tag for my cousins baby as a gift the name I wanted on it was ‘Lily’ it came saying ‘Ljly’ it also came damaged due to the packaging not being substantial enough. I contacted the email address as the live chat they say they have is none existent, it took them a good few days to first reply, on the reply I was asked to upload pictures of it which is fine so I did only to then receive a reply over a day later saying please print a returns label off and take it to your post office with a note inside as to why your returning 1. Ive already explained in my first email why I want a refund 2. We are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, I am on furlough so not at work and unable to print a label also on an NHS letter stating I cannot leave the house for 12 weeks. I explain this and asked for a label to be sent out but to no surprise they couldn’t help with that. So I’ve basically had to go well out of my way and against the advise of the NHS just to return a gift that came wrong and damaged from you ? Clearly your customer service is diabolical and I will never ever use you again and will definitely be sharing my view on your company to make sure no body else does either ! I’ve yet to receive my refund I’ve no doubt that will be a battle aswell
