Ordered a photo print & frame for my daughter who is working in the NHS during Covid-19, to fund her Medical Degree.
Item sent to wrong addressed and was returned to GP.
17- days later and still waiting for item to be posted to correct address.
GP hides behind the Covid-19 crisis for not answering any of their telephone numbers. They suggest using LIVE-chat... which isn't working on their website. Emails never get answered in a reasonable time.
The customer service from this company is atrocious and blatantly bad.
