Initially, Zealthy was convenient, easy-to-use, with staff / care team propmptly responding. After my 2nd refill, the quality of care and communication just went downhill. It seems like their UI / workflow cannot track properly the patient needs when it comes to dosage changes. The simple task of submitting a refill request is so utterly confusing, with contradicting prices... And then I'm noticing lately, they do not respond until after 2-3 days, and then I get passed around different people who are not even part of the original "care team." Out of nowhere, there's this random doctor who joined the group chat and confirmed with me a refill with the WRONG DOSAGE, and wrong price. But the company decided to charge me TWICE, once for the supposed correct refill that's taking forever to process, and the second for the wrong dosage that Dr. Random gave me. GET IT TOGETHER. IT'S A MESS
