I've had an amazing experience with Zealthy. The coordinators are a little mechanical sometimes, but my weight loss coach and provider are amazing. I'll start with my provider. Right away, I could tell she was a highly qualified professional asking really direct questions when I was telling her about my symptoms. Even when we were just texting, she was really personable and funny - not at all stiff like some doctors. At one point, I was telling her about something I was having trouble with and we did a quick virtual video call - it was seamless and I was super relieved that I could speak to my doctor without waiting all day and having to call or visit an office. Next - my coach. She actually responds to my questions with thoughtful information and content. She helps me build my own plan - not something generic. Even without the GLP-1s, it's a very valuable service. And the GLP-1s have totally changed my relationship with food.
