Irresponsible and Disorganized
Pathetic customer service. Everything went fine the first month, and I was prescribed bupropion and naloxone. Once I started running low on medication, I reached out to customer service to confirm my next supply of medication would ship on time. They told me that I would be automatically billed, and it would ship once payment was processed. They promptly charged me, but I never received a shipping notification. After this, I contacted customer service again and was told that I was supposed to ask for the medication they shipped, and it was not automatic. So I stated that I wanted the medication. Still hearing nothing, I contacted them once again, and I got tracking information that my order had shipped. The problem was, it was the order that I received the month prior. I asked to have the matter escalated, but customer service basically ignored me and provided answers to questions I had not even asked. Finally, I was given an 800 number, and they assured me that it would ship within one to two business days. This did not happen, either. The unfortunate thing is, it is not advisable to quit bupropion cold turkey. It is irresponsible of this company to not provide refills in a timely manner when they are prescribing and selling drugs that can cause withdrawal symptoms when stopped abruptly.
