I wanted to skip my periods, that was something that was advertised, then I was charged and told I COULD NOT DO THAT, that literally all I needed this service for, so I said cancel the whole thing I won't be using the service at all but I was still charged 6 months later, and all I was told was "oopsie here's a refund" and I told them that can't be happening every 6 months, take my card off here or delete my account and I never got a message back, I think 10 days is plenty of time to get back to me. I messaged them a few more times and never got a response. I tried to cancel my subscription several times on my own and couldn't, the continue button would grey out and just keep "loading" indefinitely. I was out $90 for 7 buisness days and had to cancel my card in order to avoid being charged for a service I never even used! I would never recommend this service to anyone and hope this helps other people not make the same mistake as me.
