My husband got violently sick after 1st dose. We tried to get in touch with them, they said we had access to care team through app & it took days to get responses.
After many MANY messages that we had been in hospital several times & all medications & what they sent had been untouched but one & asked if could send all back for partial refund, they kept saying would get back to us in a day & was weeks then finally said couldn’t.
On the app you have to ask for your refill. We were just charged for another batch! Tried calling support # & was on hold 32 minutes & then there was a voice mail. I’m sure I won’t hear back. We also sent an email to their customer support. It’s rediculous & scam. I wouldn’t do it! RUN away!
