I cannot say enough bad things about Zealthy. I think that they are failing or slowly going out of business, because I cannot otherwise explain my experience. I signed up with Zealthy on 7/24 for semaglutide for $217 for the first month. They sent me a bottle and everything was fine. However, when it came time to get my second bottle I paid $446.00 for two months. However, the bottle that I received was again at the lowest dose. I wrote their team, who read it and forwarded it to the medical team, who just did not ever answer. I wrote again and received "I'm sorry" messages from 3 different customer service reps who forwarded me to the medical team again, who did nothing and now I have received a third bottle, again at the lowest possible dose. I wrote again, and was told my payment for two months was due again, so I stupidly paid, at which point shortly later I received, you guessed it! - a 4th bottle of the lowest possible does. I am pretty sure that the medical team never reads emails and just sends out these rubber stamp replies. Essentially, I have wasted almost $1100.00 on something I could have gotten from Hims or OrderlyMeds for half the cost.
