Der schlechteste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt hab.
13 Telefonate habe ich geführt um beschädigte Ware zu reklamieren, nach 5 Monate sitze ich immer noch auf der defekten und falschgelieferten Ware.
Keiner der Personen in diesem Haus hat sich verantwortlich gefühlt oder mir mit meinem Anliegen weiter geholfen.
Die absolute Unfähigkeit hat sich dann gezeigt als man nicht mal mehr in der Lage war ein einfaches Angebot zukommen zu lassen.
Knapp 1000€ hat mich die Nummer gekostet vielen Dank GGM Möbel 👍
