First, they tried to charge me extra for copyrighting my book.
I paid them in July, with the understanding that I was hoping to have my children's book published by mid October for Christmas.
It is now October 10th, and they did TWO illustrations for my book.
Now, they will NOT respond to my e-mails.
I stated I wanted a refund of my $449. that they charged me, and accepted in payment.
DON'T use this company!!!!
