They took forever to illustrate the book. When it was finally done they didn't know how to publish it on Amazon KDP which resulted in me getting a ban from KDP. They tried to pass the AI generated pictures as illustrations which violated the KDP policy. They would never admit their mistakes and tried to blame it on me. They killed my dream to be an author They wouldn't refund the 2000 dollars I paid them.
