the rose bush ordered and paid delivery for specific date arrived earlier and left on doorstep in full view and direct sunlight until arrived home on correct day of delivery.
on opening the box with arrows pointing upwards found the plant upside down gift wrapping ruined plant damaged and soil in bottom of box. unable to contact via phone even in the short hours stated they were open. eventuaally got email replies but no one seemed to grasp the fact the plant was upside down in the box.eventually got it collected and refunded. definitley will not be using Giftaplant again. awful customer service
