I signed up for Vodafone broadband on 13 December. I waited 120 days as requested before contacting GiftCloud. I then contacted GiftCloud, who said they had no record and asked me to confirm my WEB reference (WEB-0001000017445287) and then wait another 10 days for Vodafone to confirm the purchase.
It is now 146 days since I signed up with Vodafone and I have still not received the promised £150 Amazon Voucher via GiftCloud.
On 21 April, after another email to GiftCloud, they confirmed Vodafone had indeed confirmed that I AM entitled to the voucher!
The lastest ‘please wait a few more days’ email from GiftCloud was on 28 April:
“Hi,
“Thank you for your reply.
“It may take a few working days for your reward to be delivered, however, we do our best to send it as soon as possible.
“Please wait a few days.
“It will be sent from no-replyATgiftcloudDOTcom.
“If there is anything else I can help you with please do not hesitate to contact me directly.”
It’s now 7 May - and still NOTHING!
