Ordered many thingss before Xmas in one order. First I got emailed week or so after taking payment saying they didn't have z item and they can replace it with other stuff. Then order arrives and then missing items, (physically couldn't have fitted in the box so was obviously not sent) they asked it I would like it resent or refund...asked for a resend. Got an email after that it's not in stock so have issued a refund. So had 2 find 2 gifts last minute. They did refund me for missing item and all other items worked. Just infuriating that you can buy something and it not be in stock.
