I was very pleased with my recent purchase of a small tripod and "tophat" from you. (I'm sorry, I don't have the item name to hand). I actually ordered this over the phone as I wanted some advice first, I spoke to Richard who was very helpful and described how the "tophat" would work in relation to what I was planning to use the tripod for - to give support to a large sign - thanks a lot Richard!
