Ordered and purchased a new pa system, one they had not previously stocked or sold. Having expressed interest we had a telephone call to say the company rep was bringing a demo into the store at a certain time, so we attended and got to put the system through its paces and discuss it with the expert. When we ordered it, it arrived within the expected time and we were assisted to remove the outer package for ease of transport, having checked it was all present and working before we left the store. Perfect.
