Received an excellent service from GigGear...my wife mistakenly ordered a ukulele that was not in stock and received a very quick refund on the payment. A couple of days later I had a query about a different ukulele for myself and this was responded to in about 3 minutes! When I put in the order for said ukulele the next day (which was also very competitively priced on GigGear), it was marked as dispatched in just over half an hour! It was then delivered the next morning, about 24 hrs after it had been ordered. An all round excellent service, that I couldn't recommend highly enough!
