I was interested in buying a Fender Strat so I visited the store in Harlow to have a look. The guy in the guitar section was very helpful and knowledgeable and allowed me to try out a couple to compare (Mex vs USA etc). This gave me enough info to go home and consider my options. I made my decision and ordered one online. Check out GigGear's voucher codes - I got lucky as they had £25 off! The guitar wasn't in stock so I received an email telling me it had been ordered and would be in mid next week. Progress updates were a bit sparse after so I've knocked a star off, however when I emailed enquiring I got an immediate reply (even though it was late evening). Anyway the guitar was delivered by UK Mail (who sent a text giving an hour slot) and it was in perfect condition - and even in tune and set up ready to play straight out of the box. Bottom line - I'm very pleased with my purchase :)
