We visited the store recently where they have a great choice of instruments.. The staff (particularly Alex) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase and they were happy to let us try as many guitars, basses and amps as we wanted. It made choosing relaxed and enjoyable and felt we got a great deal with our purchases. If you get a chance to visit the store, I am sure it would be worth it but if you are only able to buy online, if their customer service is half as good as in person then you'll have a great online shopping experience. I felt that they wanted us to be completely happy with what we had bought and will definitely be buying from them in the future.
