If zero stars was an option I would have taken that! After booking Peter Kay tickets for a special occasion, we are extremely disappointed that the venue has had to cancel the event. The option of a day the following week has been given but we are unable to attend on that day due to work commitments. So reluctantly we took the option to have the tickets refunded. We paid a total of £450 for our 6 tickets but have only been refunded £390! Plus we are out of pocket for the venue parking of £25! Sure this is not acceptable for something that was entirely out of our control
