I ordered a dress that needed to be tailor-made. That cost extra. Processing time: up to 15 business days. After 16 working days I asked. After my third email I received a response saying that I would have to pay more because the costs had increased. I said no and wanted my money back. According to customer service, this is what I should receive. I haven't received a reply to any of my emails. Then it was always said that payment would be ordered. After 7 months I haven't received a cent back. Customer service always says the same thing. I have no dress and no money.
